New 3 Year Strategic Plan Unveiled at Cooperativa Agrocomercial

After having completed a year long process of analysis and reorganization of the Cooperative's operations, Juan Ginés, Excecutive President of the Cooperativa Agrocomercial will soon begin implementing changes aimed at improving the overall eficiency and sustainable growth of the Cooperative for years to come. In the first phase of changes the Cooperative will be investing in the renewal of rental facilities owned and managed by the Cooperative as well as optimizing operations in its industrial and commercial facilities.

The programmed investments in production centers will result in the renewal of machinery and infrastructure in the coffee processing facilities in the Barrio Frontón, Ciales. The Cibales Café Coffee Shop in Hato Rey will soon also benefit from the scheduled improvements as will the Hidroponic agricultural center in Adjuntas, both important revenue generating operations for the Cooperative. As the Cooperative embarks in this wide array of improvements we reconfirm our commitment to a greater quality in the fruit that is processed, beans that are dried roasted, ground and packaged. It is only through carefully planned investments that the Cooperativa Agrocomercial will be able to ensure that Café Cibales continues to be the best coffee Puerto Rico has to offer the world. After having completed a year long process of analysis and reorganization of the Cooperative's operations, Juan Ginés, Excecutive President of the Cooperativa Agrocomercial will soon begin implementing changes aimed at improving the overall eficiency and sustainable growth of the Cooperative for years to come.
